At Éthique London, we take pride in the quality and intention behind every piece. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
As a conscious brand operating with made-to-order and partner-shipped items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
